QUALITY CONTROL IN DIFFERENT STAGE
APQP
SANJING has rich practical production experience. When the project is started, we will put forward reasonable suggestions according to our experience，which will achieve high production efficiency, lower cost and more controllable quality.
Initial Sample
According to your product technical specifications, SANJING will 100% test the samples and submit a report before shipping the samples.
PPAP Sample
SANJING will submit a complete set of PPAP documents, contains IMDS, Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, Dimensions, Material and Performance, Capability CPK, PSW.
Serial Production
SANJING will provide QUALITY CERTIFICATE according to EN10204 3.1 for each batch of products.
